The vacuum pump draws the air in the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the primary filter through the oil inlet valve to filter the larger particles, and then enters the vacuum tank. The oil heated to about 65 ℃ passes the electromagnetic The valve enters the vacuum chamber, and the solenoid valve can automatically control the amount of oil entering the vacuum tank to achieve the balance of entry and exit. The heated oil is rapidly rotated by the spray wing to separate the oil into a semi-mist shape. The water in the oil is quickly evaporated into water vapor and continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The dehydrated and degassed oil is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump to filter the particulate impurities, thus completing the entire process of quickly removing the water, gas and impurities in the oil by the vacuum oil filter. The clean oil is discharged outside the machine and enters the oil storage tank.
