PureTech's enclosed Transformer Oil Filtering machine was delivered to our client in 2011, which has been operated for nearly 10 years. With the steel weather-proof enclosure, the Oil Purification Machine is protected well. The doors of weather-proof enclosure are supported by hydraulic rods, make the operation more convenient.

This transformer oil filtering machine is a high vacuum type with two-stage vacuum pumps. which can greatly improve the efficiency of oil dehydration and oil degassing. The higher the vacuum degree, the greater the boiling point drops, and the faster the evaporation of water. Meanwhile, the reasonable and effective temperature settings is around 60 ~65 ℃， which also improve the evaporation of water, the water and gases can be quickly and effectively removed from insulating oil. Besides, the multi filter elements block the particulate matters and impurities, so after the oil flows out of the system, the particles over 1 micron will be completely removed from transformer oil, thus to ensure the high cleanliness of oil.
