PureTech model CSV Centrifugal and Vacuum Lube Oil Purifier Machine (Vacuum Lube Oil Centrifuge Machine) is designed as an universal oil filtration equipment suitable for industrial lubrication oil with viscosity lower than 300. It is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, mining, transportation, manufacturing and other industries to purify hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil, hydraulic oil, transmission fluid, gear oil, vacuum pump oil, internal combustion engine oil, etc. It can quickly remove water, gas and organic impurities in the oil and restore the performance of the lubricating oil.
It is mainly composed of centrifuge, vacuum pump, oil pumps, vacuum degassing chamber, filter cartridges, electric heater, cooling system, etc. The advantage of this centrifugal and vacuum Lube Oil Purifier is, it remove impurities mainly through centrifuge, so it will reduce the cost of replacement of filter elements.
