Application of Transformer Oil Treatment Plant
As is known, the transformer oil is filled in the oil tank and has some contact with the air. After running for a long period, the transformer oil quality tend to deteriorate: the acid value increases, the water content increases, and the breakdown voltage decreases, If we do not treat with it in time and improve the quality of transformer oil properly, it will seriously affect the continuous safe operation of transformer.
The PureTech mobile Double-Stage High Vacuum Transformer Oil Treatment Plant (Model DVOP-R) is designed as a complete oil treatment system which can carry out the operations of filtration, dehydration, absorption of dissolved gases contained in transformer oil, as well as regenerate used power transformer oil. It is capable to re-improve the power transformer oil characteristics up to the recommended value by the transformer manufacturer or IEC standard which one is higher.
In addition, Model DVOP-R can also be used as an vacuum drying and vacuum filling equipment for transformer maintenance.
• Oil flow rate ranges from 1800 liters/hour to 18000 liters/hour which can be chosen according to your actual demand.
• Electrical heater with thermostat to prevent local overheating.
• The filtration precision is as high as 1 micron.
• The moisture content after dehydration will reach < 5 ppm.
• The dissolved gas content after degassing will reach < 0.1% by volume.
• The dielectric strength of treated transformer oil will be > 75 KV.
• Double stages vacuum pumps creates and maintains a high vacuum inside degassing chambers.
• Combined oil regeneration system can work offline or online accordingly.
• PLC control with touch screen operation makes the whole oil treatment process easy and monitored.
