In power plants, the quality of steam turbine oil is directly related to the safe operation of the unit and the economic benefits of the power plant. Therefore, the maintenance of steam turbine oil is particularly important. PureTech turbine oil centrifuge machine is designed for the maintenance and filtration of steam turbine oil.
Turbine Oil Centrifuge working principle:
Using the difference of the density of different materials (oil, water, mechanical impurities, solid particles and dust, etc.), under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, the separation of materials of different density is realized.
In our design of centrifuge separator, we considered the high efficiency and effect, install the electric heater and multi-stage filtration device to further improve the oil processing effect. Therefore it can reduce the wear of steam turbine or other types of machines, as well as extend the service life of the machine and oil.
When processing emulsified turbine oil, our Model TOP thermal vacuum turbine oil filtration machine is recommened, which has the demulsification device (emulsion breaking) and especially suitable for emulsified oils.
• The maximum solids content in the turbine oil after treatment is no more than 0.005% (by weight) by clarification with its initial content of mechanical impurities up to 0.08% (by weight).
• The moisture content of the turbine oil after treatment is no more than 0.05% (by weight) by claification with its initial moisture content up to 1% (by weight).
