Step 1: Adding oil
The oil is first added to the tank through the oil transfer pump. When the oil level reaches the upper limit set by the float-type liquid level control system, the oil transfer pump automatically shuts down. After the oil is filled, the oil level drops to the lower limit value set by the float-type liquid level control system, the sound and light alarm will work, and the user needs to restart the fuel pump to refuel.
Step 2: Oil injection
A. Single injection method:
After the fuel injection volume is set by the fixed value controller, the fuel injection button on the fuel gun is activated, and the fuel injection volume is measured by the flow meter. When the setting value of the fixed value controller is reached, the flow meter gives a pulse signal and the fuel injection pump is turned off , That is, an oil filling job is completed.
B. Automatic oil injection method:
If you need automatic oil filling, you can set the number of oil filling times and cycle time through the fixed value controller, start the oil filling button, and the equipment will work according to the set procedure to achieve full self-filling.
