DVOP-100 (6000 Liters/Hour) mobile Double-Stage High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine is an ideal maintenance tool suitable for 110 KV and above power transmission and distribution.
6000 LPH flow rate is more efficient than 3000 LPH, if oil filtration time is limited or want to perform a higher efficient oil dehydration service, we recommend you the 6000 LPH capacity or above. We also supply new design type with the dual vacuum chambers design, the efficiency of vacuum dehydration and degassing under one pass will be greatly improved than one vacuum chamber. This DVOP-100 Transformer Oil Purifier can increases oil’s dielectric strength by effectively removing solid particles, gases and water, thus eliminating the need for expensive oil replacement, and thereby extending the life of the electrical equipment.
Besides, this DVOP-100 is also capable of vacuum drying for power transformers, as well as vacuum oil filling.
Transformer oil is sucked into the oil filtration machine after pass through the primary filter and filter out large particles, then it is heated by electrical heaters with surface efficiency below 1.1 W/cm, with constant temperature controller to prevent local overheating. Heated oil enters into the dual vacuum chambers for dehydration and degassing, the solenoid valve ahead of vacuum chambers will control the oil inlet to a balance. Moisture and gases separated from transformer oil will be drained by the vacuum pump group from the vacuum chamber. The transformer oil after dehydrated will be pumped out after filtered by a fine filter to filter out solid particles above 1 micron before returning the oil back to the transformer.

• Two-stage vacuum pumps ensures the strong vacuum condition and capable of pulling vacuum value down to 0.05mbar.
