The PureTech Mobile Transformer Oil Filtration Machines (Model DVOP) are necessary equipment for the electrical maintenance and installation. Transformer Oil Filtration Machine working principle includes the processes of dehydration (dehumidification) of transformer oil, removal of gases , as well as impurities existed in the transformer oil during transportation and normal operation, so as to increase and maintain the dielectric strength of transformer oil, perform good insulation function in power transformers.
Double-Stage high vacuum type employs a double-stage vacuum pumping system to provide higher and stronger vacuum for the processes of Transformer Oil Dehydration, degasification, thereby achieve a higher efficiency and better effect of transformer oil filtration. Double-stage vacuum type is especially applied to transformer oil treatment of 110KV,220KV,500KV,750KV,1000KV power transmission line.
In addition, Model DVOP can also be used as an vacuum drying and vacuum filling equipment during transformer maintenance and installation.
