PureTech LOP Vacuum Lube Oil Purifier Machine (Lube Oil Purifier) is designed as an universal oil filtration equipment suitable for industrial lubrication oil. It is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, mining, transportation, manufacturing and other industries to purify hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil, hydraulic oil, transmission fluid, gear oil, vacuum pump oil, internal combustion engine oil, etc. It can quickly remove water, gas and organic impurities in the oil and restore the performance of the lubricating oil.
Firstly filter out the large-size particulate matters from oil, and then heat the oil up to around 60 ℃, the oil flows into vacuum chamber and moisture separated from lube oil under the vacuum. The oil after dehydration will pass through fine filter to remove small-size particles. Lube oil after purification will be pumped out of the system.
