The PureTech mobile Single Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine (Model VOP) is a trailer-mounted oil dehydration unit for transformer oil, it can effectively remove free and dissolved water, gases and impurities as well as particles from transformer oil. Therefore, improve the quality of transformer oil, and increase its dielectric strength and breakdown voltage.
Model VOP adopts the "T" shape horizontal vacuum chambers, the heated insulating oil is sprayed by several nozzles inside the vacuum chamber to maximize the atomization area of oil, in order to achieve the effect of effectively removing moisture and gas under vacuum. In this design of VOP Single Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine, it combines the technologies of multi-stage filtration, three-dimensional flash and thin film evaporation. Besides, this machine can also be used for hot oil cycling. The machine with mobile trailer is more convenient for transporting in different sites or substations.
