This online oil filtration unit developed by PureTech is mainly used for on-line circulating filtering of the on-load tap changer of the transformer, and is matched with the on-load switch of the transformer.
When the transformer system is in normal operation, it can effectively remove impurities such as free carbon and metal particles in the insulating oil in the on-load switch, and can reduce trace moisture to ensure the breakdown voltage and service life of the oil. thereby effectively improve the safety and reliability of the on-load tap changer. PureTech developed ZXJY series on-load tap-changer online oil filtration units adopts Japan NOP integrated cycloid oil pump, the pump body is equipped with a relief valve, when the system pressure exceeds 0.5Mpa, it will automatically discharge Pressure to ensure the safe operation of the system. And the filter elements for removal of metal impurities and water are from Italy Filtrec, a world-known brand for outstanding effect of filtering contaminants.
The ZXJY series on-load tap-changer online Oil Purifier can be installed on the transformer body (hereinafter referred to as "wall-mounted") or on the ground (hereinafter referred to as "floor-mounted"). Users can perform according to their own requirements.
1. Filter element: imported Italian FILTREC
SRL original filter element, using two-stage filtration, 1st stage filter is used to remove impurities and
foreign bodies in the oil, the 2nd stage is water removal filter. When the
filter element is blocked, the pressure increases, the system will
automatically power off, stop the operation of the oil filter and send out an
alarm.
2. Power system: The hydraulic pump adopts the NOP integrated cycloid oil pump imported from Japan, which has an oil circuit loop to ensure long-term safe operation without leakage; the pump body is equipped with an overflow valve, when the system pressure exceeds 0.5Mpa,the pressure is automatically relieved at time to ensure the safe operation of the pump.
3. Control system: On-load switch on-line oil filtration unit adopts Siemens PC-LOGO! Control technology. Three operating modes available: manual, manual, and timing start. The working time can be set freely and can be automatically. It can record the number of runs, run time, display operating parameters and provide remote monitoring signals.
4. Differential pressure indicator: when the filter element is blocked, an alarm signal is issued and the system is stopped, prompting the user to change the filter element.
