The PureTech SF6 Gas Purification and Filling System (Model GRF) is designed for circuit breakers, GIS, transformers, and other SF6-gas-filled electrical equipment. • The compression system introduces a two-stage single-acting compressor with foreign compression technology. The compressor can directly compress SF6 gas into a liquid storage SF6 storage tank, (or use auxiliary refrigeration compression storage), and realize fast oil-free recovery of SF6 gas.
• The vacuum system adopts a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump, which has a fast vacuum pumping rate and is equipped with a device to prevent oil return in the system.
• The recovery and boosting system adopts a single-stage rotary vane pump (diaphragm pump) to recover the residual pressure with low and high speed.
• The purification system adopts the principle filter of American Pineer Company, and the filter adopts built-in vacuum electric heating and built-in high-efficiency adsorbent, the purification effect is more significant (no need to replace the adsorbent frequently).
• The three-phase power supply of the electrical system of the device is automatically confirmed and adjusted.
• The controlling system adopts the latest patented SF6 special valve, which is more reliable than similar foreign ball valves.
• The storage system can be arbitrarily equipped with storage tanks of various specifications and capacities according to user requirements.
• The equipment adopts air-cooled mobile type and can be used without external water source.
