PureTech designed and manufactured mobile transformer oil filtration systems are indeed necessary tools for installation and maintenance of transformer, tap changer, and breaker. They are targeted to remove free and dissolved moisture, dissolved gases, as well as particulate matters from transformer oils, so as to improve the dielectric strength of insulating oil.

The just delivered machine in the picture was for our customer in southeast asia, for purpose of more convenience and available for transport to different sites, customer required trailer-mounted mobile type. Witl the mobile trailer, it can be connected with the truck or van and run a speed less than 75km/h on roads. It is also equipped with metallic housing to protect, with hydraulic lifting doors, user can operate the machine much more convenient.

Regards to the functions, based on the standard performance functions (transformer oil filtration, vacuum degassing and dehydration), this machine adds two more important settings:

A. add oil inlet pump. for the purpose of separate oil heating and hot oil cycling, without vacuum degassing (which means bypass vacuum chamber). In this way, user can realize the only oil filtration (removal of particulate matters) and oil heating if needed.

B. remote monitoring and controling. this machine has remote control module, which can enable users to monitor and control the machine running at a remote office.
