The principle of the Vacuum Oil Purifier is based on that the saturation temperature of water is lower than the saturation temperature of insulating oil under the same pressure.

Using the principle of vacuum evaporation, the saturation temperature is reduced under vacuum (for example, the boiling point of water at standard atmospheric pressure is 100°C, and when the residual pressure is 666.7Pa, its boiling point drops to 0°C), the oil which has a higher saturation temperature is sprayed and broken under vacuum, so that the water is fully evaporated and separated. Meanwhile, the temperature is not higher than the saturation temperature of the insulating oil, so the oil will not evaporate and will still flow to the lower part and be recovered in a liquid state.
