It is a portable oil filter trolley that filters impurities through filter paper or high-precision filter elements. Its advantages are small size and light weight, and it is especially suitable for oil transportation and filtration between tanks. But the disadvantage is that the water contained in the oil cannot be removed.

Extra Function |
For oil transferring from one tank to another |
The centrifugal force removes the particulate impurities and a large amount of water in the oil. The advantage is that there are almost no consumables and reduce maintenance costs. The disadvantage is that it cannot meet the refined filtration treatment, for example, the moisture in the oil can only be reduced to about 500 ppm at most, which does not meet the requirements of transformer oil for moisture.

MODEL CS |
Coalescing oil filter is mainly used to remove the water in the oil, through the water separation filter element to condense the trace water in the oil into water droplets, and then separated from the oil, and equipped with a filter element can remove impurities in the oil. The advantage is the same as that of a centrifuge. It does not use consumables, but it cannot achieve the dehydration effect required by the transformer oil.

MODEL COP |
It is an oil regeneration unit which mainly removes acid, oxides and other decaying products from transformer oil. The adsorbents inside oil regeneration unit reacts with contaminants in the transformer oil, forms particulate impurities or sludges that can be intercepted by the filter element. If you already has a vacuum transformer oil filtration machine, and need a regeneration unit for removal of acidics and oxides, as well as improving oil color, then this standalone oil regeneration unit will be your good choice.

MODEL RD |
It is the most widely used oil filtration machine for processing transformer oil. Not only because it is more efficient in treating the water in the transformer oil, but also can remove the trace water in the oil, reducing the water content to 7PPM or 5PPM. It significantly improve the breakdown voltage of transformer oil, reaching above 60KV or even above 75KV, which fully meets the standards for transformer oil filtration.

· It It is an oil regeneration plant which combines vacuum transformer oil purifier and standalone oil regeneration unit, so it can do all procedures of filtration, degassing and regeneration with one plant. It is especially suitable for the deteriorated transformer oil which contains oxidation by products. It can significantly improve oil color and appearance.

When choosing an vacuum oil purification machine, the first thing to be considered is the amount of oil to be filtrated. The appropriate flow rate of an Vacuum Oil Purifier is to be able to purify transformer oil in a container for two-time or three-time treatment in 8 hours.
For example,

Suitable Oil Treatment Capacity (Liters/Hour) |
2,400 |

Note:
F In some cases, the moisture content of transformer oil is high before vacuum degassing, it is recommended to choose a transformer oil filtration machine with a bigger capacity.
F The flow rate in the above table is only for recommendation and reference, and the specific needs to be determined by the user according to the transformer maintenance requirements.
